It's kind of tiresome keeping various body parts crossed for so long, but I had a possibly promising quick conversation with the guy who's processing my apartment app, so... *keeps crossing*

Yeah, so I forgot to check the weather last night, and apparently it was supposed to rain today. And me with neither umbrella nor raincoat. Thankfully it wasn't raining on my way IN to work (because it would have really sucked to sit around the library wet all day [not to mention they would probably have frowned upon wetness in the library]). TGI Friday... whew. Tiring and wet week. It's been raining off and on since Wednesday, and pretty much non-stop today. But I survived. And I didn't get swept away by the rushing rivulets of water in the gutters or drown in a giant puddle, so w00t.
